Note: The 60 second posing round for bodybuilders
during prejudging will be eliminated and all bodybuilders will pose
at the evening show.
ELIGIBILITY
All competitors must currently hold a 2010 National Physique Committee Card or
purchase one during registration the day of the contest. To be eligible to
compete in the Men’s Novice Bodybuilding Division, you may not
have won your weight class in any prior NPC contest. For information on the NPC, including rules and regulations,

ENTRY FEE
$35.00 if postmarked by April 24, 2010. $45.00 after that
date. Add $15 for each additional division entered (cannot crossover
between Figure & Bikini). Send entry form

CHECK-IN
7:30 a.m. Saturday at the venue. An optional early weigh-in will be held Friday from
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Metro Fitness (formerly World Gym),
1245 Worthington Woods Blvd., Worthington, OH 43085, (614) 431-9999. If you choose to take advantage of the early
weigh-in, you do not need to arrive on Saturday until 8:00 a.m. Note: Per NPC regulations, only competitors and officials will be
allowed backstage once check-in begins on Saturday unless a
Trainer's Pass is purchased (see below).
TRAINER'S PASS
In past years, NPC regulations have allowed only
competitors and officials backstage once check-in begins.
Beginning in 2009, however, the NPC began allowing promoters to offer
a limited number of Trainer's Passes. The passes are $50 and
are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The trainer
must also purchase a ticket - the pass only allows him/her backstage
to assist you, the competitor. All passes must be purchased in

AWARDS
Sculptured trophies
will be awarded for 1st through 5th places in each division.
Every competitor will receive a goody bag!
MUSIC
Each competitor (except Figure & Bikini) must
furnish a pre-set CD (no MP3) with only their music recorded. Music may
not exceed 60 seconds. Vulgar lyrics are prohibited and will result in
disqualification. Music will be
available for pick-up immediately after the contest only (it
will not be returned by mail).
TICKETS
Prejudging tickets (general admission) are $5.00 in
advance or $10 at the door. Finals tickets (reserved seating) are $20 in advance or $25 at the
door.
Children under 2 admitted free.

money orders should be made payable to Mike Francois. Ticket orders
postmarked after April 24, 2010 or submitted online after
April 24, 2010 will not be mailed and must be
picked up at Will Call. Order early for best seats!
SPRAY TANNING SERVICES
Competition spray tanning services will be offered by Liquid
Sun Rayz. The service will be provided at the host hotel and at
the venue. For more information or to schedule an appointment,

Tanning products are not allowed in the venue and oil must be
applied in designated areas only.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION FOR FIGURE & BIKINI COMPETITORS
2-piece swimsuit round ONLY (no 1-piece).
Competitors must wear high heels.
Thong suits are not permitted.
Figure competitors will be compared using quarter turns.
Bikini competitors will be compared using a front and back
stance.
VIDEO POLICY
Per NPC regulations, no video equipment is
allowed in the auditorium. Cameras are allowed.

Francois Classic. The hotel is approximately 10 miles (18
minutes) from the venue and approximately 2 miles (5 minutes) from
Metro Fitness which is the location of the Friday early
weigh-in. We take into consideration a number of factors such
as cost and proximity to both the venue and Metro Fitness when
selecting our host hotel. If you feel you would like to stay
closer to the venue, you may want to consider a hotel in the Polaris
area.
